All Firearm Purchases Subject to Background Check through Seller's FFL.

Shipping of Firearms to another FFL available at $40 per lot.

All Winning Items will be charged to Credit Card on file following the end of auction.

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Payment Instructions: after the conclusion of the online auction, all winning purchases will be automatically charged to credit card on file. Inventory List is subject to change. Auctioneer and assistants are seller's agent. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Once an item is awarded to your bid number you are responsible for purchasing and paying for item. Auctioneer and Assistants do not warrant the condition of any item and do not warrant any missing parts.

Background checks will be initiated on all winning firearms through seller's FFL. Firearms may be shipped to other FFLs at a cost to buyer of $40 per lot. Must be legally able to purchase a firearm in Ohio to bid.
 

All property is sold, "AS-IS", "Where-Is". PERIOD. Do not call us a day later asking if you can cancel the sale, or anything else. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Stock photos, if provided, are intended for convenience only and are not a representation of item condition. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder has been given opportunity to inspect the item(s) or have them inspected. Further, seller disclaims any warranty as to the condition of the items. All sales are final, no returns or refunds. No deductions will be allowed for mechanical, cosmetic or structural issues however noted. Items are to be sold 'AS-IS', 'WHERE-IS' without recourse.

The Bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. If unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the successful bidder, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder via online platform.

Removal of the item(s) purchased here under shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance and equipment (fork lifts, dollies, ladders, tools, etc. if applicable) to properly execute removal and Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related thereto. Buyer is solely responsible to provide any personnel, equipment or material needed to pick up purchases and shall assume all responsibility for the removal of any item of property purchased and any and all risks associated with such removal including, without limitations, the responsibility for providing licensed and bonded professionals to ensure proper water, gas and/or power disconnections, and full financial responsibility for any damage or liability to persons or property resulting from any negligent pick-up and removal. $40 convenience fee applies for pickups requested outside of allocated pickup days.

If applicable, Title will be held, processed, and transferred directly by the seller. The auction company is not involved in the title transfer and assumes no responsibility for title paperwork, processing, or fees.

Any items not picked up within 7 business days of the auction ending will be donated or re-sold.
