Terms: Credit cards will be charged immediately after the auction, due to the lack of internet service at the location.
Credit Card Verification Amount is $250.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card that passes $250 verification required for bidding approval. Payment Instructions: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Winning items not paid for after allocated auction pickup ends will be charged automatically to credit card on file. Inventory List is subject to change (items may be added, updated until lot bidding concludes). Auctioneer and assistants are seller's agent. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Once an item is awarded to your bid number you are responsible for purchasing and paying for item. Auctioneer and Assistants do not warrant the condition of any item and do not warrant any missing parts.
The Bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. If unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the successful bidder, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder via online platform.
Any items not picked up within 5 days of the auction ending will be donated or re-sold.
Sellers/Auction Team reserve the right to bid and buy.
